I have spent more than 20 years leading M&A integrations, carve-outs, and operational transformations for private equity firms and their portfolio companies — including nearly a decade as a Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal and prior work directly with Oaktree Capital.
My work spans Agri-Food, Consumer Products, Business Services, Media, and Healthcare — across deals ranging from mid-market add-ons to complex multi-entity integrations.
I don't advise from the sidelines. I build the plan, lead the workstreams, and stay accountable for outcomes. When you engage ICG, you get me — directly involved from Day 1 through close.
I've served as a lead integration consultant to ConAgra Foods and have supported clients across Consumer Products, Agri-Food, Business Services, Media, and Healthcare — many through multiple engagements and extensions.
